I especially told not to write anything or do anything with the cake, just write the message on the box itself and ribbon it. But nothing was done as instructed, in fact, there was a spelling mistake as well. Such unprofessional work is not expected from a known brand like Angels in my kitchen.

1) the phone number given in email was not the same from where the cake was delivered. There was lot of confusion while enquiring regarding cake
